Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the ax3000 platform. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.
These terms apply to all individuals who access, register on, or use ax3000's services in any capacity. Only residents of Bangladesh who are at least 18 years of age are permitted to use this platform. Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited.
These terms take effect the moment registration is complete or upon your first login to the platform. ax3000 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory when opening an account on ax3000. The platform reserves the right to permanently close any account registered with false information. Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these terms.
Keeping your account password and login credentials fully confidential is your sole responsibility. ax3000 will not be held liable for any losses arising from sharing your login details with a third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our customer support team immediately.

All users are required to comply with applicable laws in Bangladesh while using the ax3000 platform. Unauthorized modification of any platform system or software, as well as hacking, scraping, or the use of automated bots, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.
Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. ax3000 reserves the right to suspend an account and conduct an investigation upon detecting suspicious transactions or activity. In such cases, the account balance may be frozen and the relevant authorities may be notified.
All transactions on ax3000 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed and the transaction will be automatically cancelled.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the designated timeframe once verification is complete. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met relative to the deposited amount. For suspicious transactions, additional identity documents or supporting materials may be requested for further verification.

Ax3000's maximum liability for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party issues is limited to the user's current account balance. ax3000 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnection or device-related problems.
All content, logos, designs, software, and brand materials on the ax3000 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ax3000. Copying, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior authorization is prohibited by law. Users may access the platform solely for personal entertainment.
Ax3000 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice upon detecting a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or fraudulent behavior. In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned through the designated process; however, bonus balances are non-refundable. Users may also voluntarily submit a request to close their account.
Ax3000 utilizes third-party payment gateways and technology services on its platform. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, for which ax3000 bears no responsibility. ax3000 will not be liable for transaction delays caused by disruptions or issues with third-party services, though assistance will be provided to help resolve any such problems.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or disagreements shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Any dispute between a user and ax3000 will first be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, in accordance with the legal framework of Bangladesh.
